From the project’s outset, the architect and the landscaper have co-operated closely to achieve a rare symbiosis, creating a living canvas from the landscape.

Employing traditional and contemporary ideas with feng shui sensitivity creates an inviting and calming habitat. Environmental engineering techniques integrate the environment into villa design throughout. Native plumeria trees and plants are preserved wherever possible, while existing and additional water features attract indigenous bird life to the area.
