Villa Price
The purchase price is inclusive of twenty-four year lease of the Land until 30 June 2031 (current Indonesian law does not permit foreigners to hold freehold land title in their own names.) The price also includes: Villa building, plants, furniture, electrical equipment, fabric & linen, kitchen equipment and tableware and legal fees (making and registering contract, etc). After the twenty-five year lease, you are entitled legally to extend the contract for a further ten years.
This offer is also open to those who wish to share the cost of ownership among a group of 2 or more individuals. Please note that the group members will be responsible for the division of returns and other cash flow.
Terms Of Payment
When you apply you pay a US$1,000 deposit as a reservation fee. The sale and purchase contract must be made within 1 month of making the reservation. The reservation fee will be kept until the contract has been made and will be used for legal fees when you make the agreement.
Payment process is as follows:
1. Reservation deposit of US$1,000 (Legal fee) upon applying.
2. 30% of the purchase price upon signing the contractual agreement.
3. 50% of the purchase price upon starting construction.
4. 20% of the purchase price upon construction being completed.
