On a land of 1,800 m2, this Bali villa is dramatically located on the ascending area of Goa Gong - Jimbaran. The building is horizontally extensive with superb 180 view to the ocean and the volcanoes. Designed by Popo Danes, the six luxurious bedrooms Bali villa is a seamless combination of modern architecture and Balinese touch. Each of the bedrooms is perfectly decorated with the latest dsign and furnishing according to the style of six of the most typical island of Indonesia including Bali, Lombok, java. This Bali villa enjoys luxurious facilities including spa area, gym, Jacuzzi, and entertainment room as well as an elevator provided fro guest comfort.

Entering this Bali villa, the covered parking area on the ground floor accommodates largely 3 cars set along with the storage and technical room such as the generator room. Stepping up, in additon to the staff quarter, the first floor is dedicated to the recreational area featuring luxurious amenities including gym, soothing massage room, jacuzzi and even a wine cellar.  The living area is situated on the second and third floor; all the rooms are offering an amazing sea view.

The generous space of the second stair encompasses 5 air conditioned bedrooms equally in size individually perfectly decorated and well equipped with Satellite LCD TV and wireless internet access and a large media room equipped with up to date materials and equipment.

On the west side, Sumba bedroom is featuring a walking dressing and an amazing bathroom including a bath tub, 2 basins, a shower and a separate toilet decorated with alternatively rough and polish onyx. The bedroom itself is featuring Sumba style king size bed, furniture and decoration.

More in the center, Sumatra bedroom is featuring a hidden balcony equipped with a natural stone bath tub, a close bathroom including a metal stylish basin, a toilet and lava stone shower. In addition to the walking dressing the large bedroom is decorated with Sumatra style fixture and furniture.

Further, there are two twin bedrooms called East and West Java sharing a living area facing the garden. Each bedroom nicely decorated in a Javanese style features walking dressing, bathroom including a basin, a large shower and separate toilet.

The east part of this Bali villa is composed with a media room equipped with a 52 LCD TV screen and a professional cinema sound system. All the material and furniture have been designed for the comfort, vision and high quality of sound. Further and close to the pond an the fountain, Lombok bedroom is a large bedroom featruing a king size bed and Lombok style furniture and decoration, a bathroom including bath tub, two basins, shower, separate toilet and generous walking dressing.

All these rooms are connected by a classy extensive corridor. The gardens, the selected artworks combined with the lighting and the high pillar of the building along the corridor give a perfect fusion of luxury and serenity.

The upper level has even more to offer. This area comes with the open air living and the Balinese bale where the best view of the sea and the surrounding area could be enjoyed with the main pool stretched in front of the living, offering a relaxing ambience with the integrated Bose sound system and the numerous day beds sofas and armchairs.

Opulent, the master bedroom called Bali is ideally situated on this level including an office library, a large bedroom with Balines style king size bed, furniture and decoration an en-suited bathroom inlcuding two basins, bath tub, shower, separate toilet, a large walking dressing and a plunge pool accessible from the bathroom and facing the Indian ocean.

Villa Caliandra Rooms
Villa Taman Caliandra has been built as a series of pavilions set around a large free-form swimming pool, all nestled within a verdant tropical garden. Tastefully furnished and decorated, it is complete with all modern amenities. This Bali property comprises a main lounge and dining building, four large bedroom suites and various support buildings.

Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom is the largest of the bedroom suites at this Bali villa: air-conditioned to your comfort with split level polished wood floor, king-sized platform bed, walk-in wardrobe with personal safe, and a mini-fridge. The stunning open-air “garden” bathroom comes complete with walk-in shower and a sunken bath big enough for two! Sliding glass double doors open onto a shaded terrace immediately adjacent to the swimming pool; dive straight in – a great way to start your day! An additional air-conditioned room in this building can (with prior notice) be used as a nursery, massage room or study.

Main Building
This building is the hub of the house - a grand focal point with its impressive feature roof. Open to the pool and garden, one has a sense of being part of the outdoors whilst overhead fans provide a cooling breeze when required. Gather together for a chat in the comfy sitting area, switch on a movie in the TV corner with its 29” TV, satellite and DVD player, or fill the air with music by connecting your MP3 player to the Yamaha & Bose sound system.

Guest Room 1
Guest Room 1 is a self-contained air-conditioned suite with king-sized bed, generous wardrobe space, personal safe, mini-fridge and a seating area. Its exotic en-suite “garden” bathroom has a walk-in shower. Two sets of large sliding glass doors lead to its own terraces: one overlooking the pool and bale, the other, more secluded, enveloped by its own garden.

Guest Room 2
Guest Room 2 is situated adjacent to the Main Building and adjoins Guest Room 3. This substantial air-conditioned suite features two 1.2m wide single beds with tented muslin canopies, considerable wardrobe space, personal safe and a seating area. This suite also boasts its own “garden” bathroom with walk-in shower. Large sliding glass doors open on two sides of the room to terraces overlooking the pool and gardens.

Guest Room 3
Guest Room 3, also air-conditioned, adjoins Guest Room 2 and features two funky 90cm wide single beds (which can be joined to form a king-sized double when required), matching furniture and a double wardrobe. The indoor bathroom has a walk-in shower. Large sliding glass doors allow light to flood into this room.

The main pavilion has a spacious split-level lounge/dining area, a fully equipped Western-style kitchen and a guest toilet. There is a TV corner in the lounge as well as comfy sofa seating and the dining room easily accommodates eight around the large square table. From this imposing building you can enjoy unimpeded views over the magnificent swimming pool and surrounding garden.

Each of the four large air-conditioned bedrooms offers an en-suite bathroom and double sliding glass doors onto terraces with sweeping views over the grounds. Two of the rooms have king-sized beds and two are twin bedded (one of which can be converted to a double, if required). Three of the en-suites are “garden” bathrooms and the Master Bathroom has a sunken bath big enough for two!

Central to Taman Caliandra is the superb swimming pool. Over 15 metres long, half of the main pool is 90cm deep and the remainder (which can be roped off) slopes down to a 2m deep end. Seating ledges set around the deep end allow you to recline and relax in the water. There is a small shallow area (30cm deep) at the main terrace (which can also be roped off) and, additionally, a lower pool (45cm deep) below the waterfall. The pool is treated using a salt chlorination process rather than harsh chemicals – so no sore eyes after a day in the pool!
